More information about Winemaking 201

Purpose:  The purpose of this class is to provide intermediate winemakers the opportunity to learn more advanced wine making techniques and allow them to develop their wine making styles.  As experienced winemakers you have learned by now that there is more than one way to make excellent wine.  You may receive differing answers to your questions… winemaking is an art and a science.  The moderator will make sure that each panelists explains how they came to their answers.

Format:  The class participants are winemakers who have made wine for three or more years. The class is comprised of two panels based on different subject areas and time frames.  Each panel has three experienced home winemakers  who have received many high awards for their wines.  The moderator will introduce the topic, pose questions to the panel members, field questions from the class members, as appropriate, and pose additional questions as needed, and keep the panels on schedule.

Please register now – space is limited
