Viticulture and Enology Courses, Spring 2025, Folsom Lake College

Folsom Lake College is opening enrollment in their Spring 2025 courses for the Viticulture and Enology program.

Here are the courses:

VITI 301: Bud Break to Dormancy: Full semester Jan 18th-May 22nd. Lectures recorded and posted online, Labs in-person Wednesday nights 6-9:00 PM

VITI 306: Wines of California: 8-week course from Jan 18^th – March 14^th . Tuesday nights 6-9:00 PM

VITI 307: Wines of the Sierra Foothills: 8-week course from March 24^th – May 17th . Tuesday nights 6-9:00 PM.
