The Sacramento Home Winemaker’s Board of Directors (consisting of the past four presidents and the current president) invite nominees for SHW’s 2025 Executive Board for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Membership Chairperson, and up to five Members at Large. The Secretary position is a 2-year term. All other positions serve for 1 year. (Note: the board Treasurer serves a 2-year term that starts with an even year.)
To submit your nomination for one of the Executive Board positions as identified above, please contact Board of Directors (BOD) Chair Joe McGillivray at pyramidlake59@gmail.com by September 30th.
The BOD will announce the slate of nominees in mid-October and the general membership will vote at the November 20 meeting. Nominees will also be accepted from the floor at the November meeting prior to the election.
The newly elected President will make the board appointments after the election.
