The May 19 Jubilee Picnic and Awards Ceremony is fast approaching and due to PayPal’s inability to process online payments, the deadline for making your reservations for the Jubilee Picnic has been extended to May 15.
Paying by PayPal or Credit Card
- If you made your reservations online and chose the PayPal option but couldn’t compete your transaction, you have been sent a recent PayPal invoice advising that you can pay by credit card.
- If you still need to make picnic reservations, please do so online, choose the PayPal payment option and if you get an error message asking you to try again later, ignore. You’ll receive a PayPal invoice shortly to pay by credit card.
Paying by check
- For those of you who have made your reservations online, and paying by check, please remember to stick the check in the mail to: SHW Treasurer Landon Tymochko, 10355 Pleasant Grove School Road, Elk Grove, CA 95624. Kristen Lemay recently sent you an email advising that you can also pay by credit card if you haven’t mailed your check.
- If you still need to make your picnic reservations and wish to pay by check, please reserve online and mail check to Treasurer Landon (address above).
