Lost Vines Vineyard in Newcastle has approximately 1200 pounds of Sangiovese and 1200 pounds of Tempranillo for sale.
Sangiovese harvest is expected the third week of September, or earlier for Rosé.
Tempranillo harvest is expected the first week of October.
Vines are 8 years old, and protected with bird netting.
Price for either is $.75/lb. You pick with the assistance of the owner.
Crusher/destemmer is available for purchases of 200 pounds or more, either individually, or collectively.
