Do you want to learn to make white wine? The Club’s Education Committee is looking to putting together a 2025 White Wine Making 101 focus group if enough members are interested. Instead of grapes, we’ll start with juice.
This group would be open only to current SHW members who are making white wine for the first time or have tried make white wine prior but the results didn’t meet expectations.
Participation in the group requires a commitment to attend several Zoom sessions prior to harvest and two in-person wine tastings. There will be required reading.
