Planning is underway for next year’s monthly meetings. An essential piece of the meetings is hospitality – you know, the cheese and crackers snacks, water pitchers, and such on the tables.
We’re looking for volunteers to help with meeting hospitality. If you have a tight schedule, helping with hospitality is one of the “doesn’t take a lot of time” ways to contribute back to the Club. Below are the details:
- The Hospitality Coordinator oversees the volunteers who provide each meeting’s hospitality.
- The Monthly Meeting Volunteers procure the cheese and crackers and other snacks, populate the tables with water pictures, nibbles, and dump buckets, and help clean up after the meeting.
There are 11 monthly meetings on the 3rd Wednesdays (no December meeting). Volunteers are given a budget and reimbursed for the food and items that are purchased.
Perhaps you can volunteer individually or with other members. As your schedule permits, volunteer for more than one meeting or to coordinate. Interested? Contact SHW President Marco Sguazzin at marco.sguazzin@gmail.com.
