In addition to the Club’s monthly programs that help you make good and better wines, wine-related Club workshops and other activities might also interest you.
At a June 28 workshop, you can learn about sherry wines and taste the differences (more on that soon). This summer, you can also dive into olive oil education and tasting, learn to make fruit wines, hear about the surprisingly different ways to preserve olives, and wine educator Clark Smith wants to do a seminar that can help you make wines that rival the pros.
For those who don’t yet make wine or wish to refresh their winemaking skills, the 2-part Winemaking 101 (beginning winemaking) workshop is on August 7 (virtual) and August 9 (in person). This workshop is designed for the beginning or novice winemaker, teaching red wine making fundamentals. This workshop is at no cost to members and $30 per non-member. More details to follow soon.
