The Sacramento Home Winemakers Education Committee is polling its membership in order to know if there is interest in providing a 2025 White Wine Making 101 focus group. This group would be open only to current SHW members who are making white wine for the first time.
Participation in the group requires a commitment to attend several Zoom sessions prior to harvest and two in-person wine tastings. There will be required reading.
