Are your fruit trees and berry plants overproducing? There’s still room in the July 20 Fruit Winemaking Workshop. Instructor Judy Pinegar makes wine out of just about any fruit she can get her hands on. Not only does Judy make delicious grape wines but her olallieberry and jalapeño pepper wines are well known on the competition circuit.
This is a hands-on workshop so come prepared for splashes and stains. The day concludes with a potluck and wine tasting. There’s no workshop fee but participants must be Club members. For more details and to register, see this link.
