A White Winemaking 101 Focus group is being organized by Donna Bettencourt. Over a dozen members have signed up so far and registration is closing May 31. Contact Donna Bettencourt at donnab1045@gmail.com if you are interested. Participants will learn to make white wine through one in person meeting, two zooms, and a joint crush and press in August. The varietal is Chenin Blanc purchased from Bogle Vineyards in Clarksburg. After crush, members will keep in touch via an email blog and we will all meet together again to taste and evaluate the fruits of our labors.
