Typical ripening dates (based on last year) and approximate yield: Viognier – early August ~800 lbs; Vermentino – August 20th ~700 lbs; Grenache – August 24th ~500 lbs; Fiano – August 24th ~150 lbs; Picpoul Blanc – end of August ~150 lbs; Cabernet Sauvignon – end of August ~200 lbs; Sangiovese (2 clones) – end of August ~1000 lbs.
