What a crazy busy June 3-4 Jubilee weekend that just flew by!
The SHW Wine Label competition returned and not only do you express your artistic talent through your wines but also through your labels. Thirty-four labels were entered into competition. Jubilee Picnickers voted for their faves but the decisions were tough!
Two labels were tied for first place: Bakke Family Vineyards, Kim and Judy Bakke (left), and CoJo Wines, Cori and Joe Morgan (right.
Earning a silver was Vin de Chuqué, Chuck Rairdan (left). Third place went to McGillivray Winery, Joe and Lynne MeGillivray (right). Congrats to all! The entire collection of entered wine labels will be available for viewing at the June 21 SHW meeting.
